Thank you for shopping with Anderlink Fahrzeugbau GmbH. This policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.
Costs and Shipping Duration
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. This processing duration is included in the ‘Delivery Time’ noted in the following table.
We use DHL as the carrier. DHL may transfer to other carriers to complete international deliveries. Anderlink Fahrzeugbau GmbH ships from Germany. We sell and ship to all countries except Russia and Belarus.
Shipping to Europe
If you’re in Europe, shipping is free from 49€ (incl. 19% German VAT) cart value. If you’re in Europe, but not in the EU, shipping is free from 41,17€ (excl. VAT) cart value. If your cart value does not exceed these figures, shipping is 6,90€ (incl. 19% German VAT). In Europe, delivery times can vary between 1-7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping to regions outside of Europe:
If you’re not in Europe, shipping starts at 7,90€ for cart values from 41,17€, or 14,90€ for cart values under 41,17€ (all figures excl. VAT). Cost then increases according to the total weight of items ordered, as follows:
| Total Weight of Items | Delivery Cost (excl. VAT) |

| <= 0.89kg | 7,90€ (plus 7€ if under 41,17€ order value) |
| >0.89kg – 1.8kg | 14,90€ (plus 7€ if under 41,17€ order value) |
| >1.8kg | 16,90€ (plus 2€ per full kg over 1.8kg) |
Delivery times can vary between 4-12 business days depending on your location.
Order Tracking
Orders with a total weight above 1kg include order tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
